Nyakanini specializes in the areas of real estate and conveyancing, banking & finance, corporate-commercial law and immigration law. She is an ardent reader, researcher and mentor. Nyakanini has gained a wealth of experience in structuring transactions and contracts negotiation and drafting having acted for clients in wide-ranging sectors such as non-profits, affordable housing, Tourism and Hospitality, Financial Services, Real Estate, and Construction. She is appreciated for not only advising investors on the management of their corporate matters but most importantly for the commerciality of mind from structuring to closing deals that these investors make in the course of business. Nyakanini is also keen on leadership and has served in several positions such as the Young Lawyers Committee of EALS, Women Lawyers committee in EALS and currently the chair of the Mentorship program of ATP lawyers aimed at preparing them for examinations.
