Erick Maina

Is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya practicing within East Africa. He is a litigant handling both contentious and non-contentious matters. Erick has dealt with criminal and civil litigation matters involving labour disputes, land disputes and constitutional rights violations. Erick holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree LL.B (Hons) from the University of Nairobi, Post Graduate Diploma in Law from KSL and an Arbitration Certificate from the Chartered Institute. He is an Associate Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb). He boasts of vast experience in legislative drafting having worked as a Legal Researcher at the Senate of Kenya.
